Ongoing training is central to our culture of safety. Coilplus employees complete monthly steel industry-specific training, in addition to a wide range of established programs, procedures, and platforms that help create our safe + healthy workplace.
All Coilplus locations work towards compliance with OSHA health and safety standards as well as local codes and regulations. We have cultivated a relationship with OSHA’s consultative services in our commitment to continuous improvement for our safety mindset.
But our concern for our employees’ safety and wellbeing extends beyond the workplace, which is why we also offer premium workplace wellness benefits, produce a monthly safety newsletter that’s dedicated to safety at work and at home, and follow recognized medical authorities in preventing the spread of illness.
